Farm Tours

Ever wanted to experience the world of Island Creek Oysters first hand? Well now you can, and we want to show you and your friends around. Imagine a beautiful afternoon on Duxbury Bay aboard one of our oyster skiffs with an oyster expert as your guide. Upwellers. The nursery. The Back River. Harvesting. Processing. And finally, before we send you home, we will fill you up with plenty of our own Island Creeks out on the OysterPlex! One warning: we don’t recommend taking this tour if you have to return to the office afterwards.

Attire: Please be prepared to dress for the weather, and possibly get a little wet or dirty out on the water and our working boats. Please wear shoes that are comfortable, and can be worn in the mud.  Old sneakers or some sort of water shoes would be best!

Weather: Tours will be weather dependent.  If there is an issue with weather and we can't take you out on your selected date, we will reschedule for the following Monday.  If the following Monday does not work for your group, we will refund you, or do our best to find another mutually agreeable date.
